1. 含氟量不宜太高(1000~1500ppm)
2. 避免香甜味之添加劑
3. 兒童不宜使用成人抗敏感、抗牙周病牙膏。
4. 牙膏用量適當：薄薄一層即可，長度不超過0.5公分。三歲以下，米粒大小，約0.1g / 三歲以上，豌豆大小，約0.25g。

1. The concentration of fluoride level in a fluoridated toothpaste should be between 1000-1500 ppm.
2. Do not select toothpastes with artificially added flavors.
3. Adult anti-sensitivity or anti-periodontal disease toothpastes are not appropriate for children to use.
4. Toothpaste use: apply a thin layer, not exceeding 0.5cm in length. For children aged under 3 years, use only a rice-sized amount, around 0.1g. For children aged 3 and above, use a pea-sized amount, around 0.25g.
